Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Frudo (frudo.in). We take great care in ensuring that our products are delivered fresh and in good condition. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. Nature of Our Products

Frudo products are food items, and for safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, we will assist you in case of genuine issues such as damaged or incorrect items.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product package was tampered with during delivery
  • Items were missing from your order

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Proof Required

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (if applicable) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product has been opened or consumed
  • Return request made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused due to improper handling by the customer
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

8. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before shipment:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
